· York Region’s Medical Officer of Health Dr. Karim Kurji issued an Order to Woodbridge Vista under section 29.2 of the Health Protection and Promotion Act, effective May 31, 2020

York Region promoted york.ca/covid19 for business, an online resource through Facebook and Twitter; the online resource provides information and supports for business owners, employees and residents. A new COVID-19 Community Services and Facility Finder was released to help residents find up-to-date information about programs and services across York Region. With today’s nice weather, an outdoor safety reminder was shared on York Region’s Facebook and Twitter York Region continues to encourage residents of all ages to document their COVID-19 experiences and send them to archives@york.ca to preserve them in the York Region Archives.
