York Region Public Health issued the following public notices: October 24 – One confirmed case of COVID-19 riding York Region Transit  (YRT) on October 15, 16 and 17, 2020. October 25 – 16 confirmed and probable cases linked to family gathering in the City of Vaughan. The daily COVID-19 Council Update now includes the 7-day average daily case numbers, new hospitalizations and positivity rate (positivity rate refers to the percentage of positive COVID-19 tests among all individuals being tested for COVID-19)
