The new york.ca/covid19 web page is live today, if you have any trouble accessing the page, please clear your web browser’s cache; alternatively, you can access the page by going to york.ca, clicking on the “Health” tab at the top of the page and selecting “COVID-19; Google needs time to update search results and will promote more widely via a Media Release and social media on Monday.

The Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario says dentists can now offer other essential in-person services with enhanced precautions in addition to emergency or urgent care.

York Region municipalities are slowly re-opening:

o Newmarket begins to gradually re-open outdoor recreational amenities for public use and launches a Mentorship Access Program to support small and medium-sized businesses with guidance on how to adapt to these unprecedented times

o Aurora to re-open select recreational facilities

o Richmond Hill begins re-opening park amenities

o King Township re-opening some outdoor facilities June 1
